PINEAPPLE PAPAYA MARMALADE

3 cups chopped pineapple
1 cup mashed papaya
calamansi juice
sugar

Measure mashed fruits. For every cup of fruit, add 3/4 cup sugar and 2 tbsp. of calamansi juice. Put in enamel sauce pan or basin. Cook over moderate heat till right consistency is reached. Pour in sterilized glass jars. Store for future use.

Other types of fruits that can be used to make marmalade: guava, guyabano, banana, mango, chico, kamias, jackfruit
