Ginataang Talbos Ng Kamoteng Kahoy

Ingredients

  • young leaves or tops of kamoteng kahoy
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • siling labuyo
  • salt and vetsin

  • Slice the young leaves.
  • Boil the coconut milk in a pan.
  • Add pepper, salt and vetsin to taste.
  • Add the young leaves.
  • Cook over low fire until the leaves are tender.
