Pandan-Macapuno Preserve


1 cup grated macapuno

2 cups of water

1/4 cup of sugar

1 pandan leaf

Boil 2 cups of water. Add the sugar and pieces of pandan leaf. Continue boiling it, until it becomes a syrup. Add grated macapuno. Stir thoroughly, until it becomes sticky. Remove from the pot. Let it cool.

Put the macapuno in a clean bottle. Cover tightly. Refrigerate.
