INGREDIENTS
Eggs 7 med
Almond Flour 2 cups
Butter 50 grams
Oil – Coconut 2 Tbs
Stevia – Granulated 1 1/2 teaspoons
chia seed 2 Tbs
pumpkin seeds 1/3 cup
Salt Himalayan Rock 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
Xanthan Gum 1/2 tsp
Sesame Seeds 1 Tbs

1. Line a loaf tray with grease proof paper and spray with oil.
2. In a bowl add eggs and whisk for around 1-2 minutes
3. Add all other ingredients OTHER THAN SESAME SEEDS and whisk until all ingredients are combined
4. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top then cook for 45 minutes then remove. Serve with butter and a slice of cheese for a perfect keto snack!
