Breakfast: eggs, cereal, milk, oatmeal, bread, yogurt, fruit, bacon, sausage, pastries, breakfast sandwiches, coffee / coffee drinks

Lunch: Sandwiches (deli meat, peanut butter and jelly), salads, wraps, burgers, burritos, tacos, chips, fruit

Dinner: pizza, pasta, chicken, pork chops, steaks, fish, ground beef, rice, potatoes, salad, canned soup, frozen/diet meals
