3/4 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup margarine
3/4 cup white sugar
2 cups dessicated coconut
1 tsp. vanilla or any flavor desired
50 pcs. small paper baking cups
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat the eggwhite adding gradually the sugar until stiff but not dry. Add condensed milk and melted margarine to the egg yolks, then add the dessicated coconut and mix well. To this mixture add the beaten eggwhites and beat until it is thoroughly mixed. Add vanilla as desired and mix. Drop spoonful into the small baking cups and bake for 30 minutes or until brown.
